At the Auto Expo 2020, many new and attractive models were seen in Force's pavilion. The force has also debuted customized variants of Gurkha with a new variant of Gurkha. Actually, the company has made minor changes in its design, but the features have been updated more, due to which the new Gurkha is more comfortable and practical than its old variant. We will tell you here about the same updates of Force Gurkha:
Exteriors
The Force Gurkha with its boxy design will now come with new dual-tone body color. It has new grille, new projector headlamps and ice cube-like daytime running lights. Apart from this, heavy caddling has been done with bold front bumpers. The new Gurkha replaces the three-part front door with a single flush finish door. Large glass in the windows makes it feel more space inside the car. The rear design of the car has also been revamped. A new boot space with new taillamps gives it a better finish. Door-mounted spare wheels and step ladders installed in the Gurkha enhance its practicality. The car gets new alloy wheels with off-road tires. However, normal tires will be available in the production model, off-road tires will be available as accessories.
The Interior
The best updates in the new Force Gurkha are found inside it, an attempt has been made to make its cabin upmarket. Although the cabin does not look much premium to look at, however, it is more comfortable and practical than before. The seat has been made comfortable in the past and it also has a rear captain seat. The rear seat lacks an armrest. The two-side facing seats in the boot can be used as accessories. The new Gurkha is getting power windows and a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system.
The Engine
Talking about engine specification, it has a 2.6-liter, 4-cylinder diesel engine that produces 88 Bhp of power and 280 Newton meter of torque. A 5-speed gearbox has been fitted to the transmission that supplies power to all four wheels.
Other Specs
Gurkha accessories such as windshield guards, luggage carriers, ladders and off-road tires will not be given as standard, they will have to be purchased from the company at an extra price. The new Force Gurkha may hit the market soon but it has not been confirmed. The Force Gurkha is the rival off-road car of Mahindra Thar in India.
