The Urban Cruiser is the next and eagerly launched Toyota Kirloskar Motor

(TKM) in India, while the sub-compact SUV based on the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza is not expected to go on sale before the end of September, important about the brochure Details revealed the vehicle has now leaked.  will be Toyota's second spin-off of the Maruti Suzuki car, the first Baleno hatchback that has been rebranded and marketed by the Japanese carmaker as the Glanza.

The leaked brochure suggests that the Urban Cruiser will have a slightly different face than the Brezza, which will clearly focus on giving it a more aggressive appeal. The face appears more pronounced and the grille gets two wide horizontal slats, while the bumper gets larger-sized fox air vents. The headlights, however, are similar to those found on the Brezza.

The similarity continues on indicator-mounted side mirrors and LED taillights and a stop light-mounted roof spoiler. Even on 16-inch wheels the alloys look similar.

On the inside, the similarities only become stronger as the brochure shows

a basic yet clean dash profile with an integrated infotainment screen. However, the Urban Cruiser gets a dual-tone dark brown color - something that the company has already confirmed. Storage options are adequate, while at the rear there is also a folded shield for passengers.

The Urban Cruiser will get a 1.5-liter petrol engine that has already been confirmed

and the automatic variant will feature a Li-ion battery that allows for features such as torque assist, regenerative braking and idle start / stop. The brochure however confirms that the car will be offered in six monotones and three dual-tone color options.

Expect Toyota to price the Urban Cruiser slightly above the Brezza from Maruti

as it would be in a bit more premium condition. Booking for the car will start tomorrow (Saturday, August 22) with a token amount of ₹ 11,000.
