Hyundai (HYUNDAI) has launched Venue in India with IMT gearbox.

 The new Hyundai Venue has been made available in SX and SX (O) variants with intelligent manual transmission, priced at Rs 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom) and Rs 11.08 lakh (ex-showroom) respectively.

The new Hyundai Venue IMT is provided with a 1.0-liter turbocharged petrol engine that provides 118 bhp of power and 172 Newton meters of torque. Along with this, the company has also launched a new variant Sport of Hyundai Venue.

Hyundai Has Launched Venue In India with IMT Gearbox

Hyundai Venue Sport has been made available in both petrol and diesel engine options, 

priced at Rs 10.20 lakh (ex-showroom) and Rs 11.52 lakh (ex-showroom) respectively. Sport trim has been made available in SX, SX (O) and SX +.

Its petrol version has a 1.0 liter turbo engine and its top variant SX + has a 7 speed DCT gearbox with a new paddle shifter. At the same time, a new IMT gearbox has been installed in its SX, SX (O) variant.

At the same time, its diesel engine has been made available only in SX and SX (O),

 which has a 6 speed manual gearbox. It is a 1.5-liter engine that provides 98.4 Bhp of power and 240 Newton meter of torque.

Talking about the new Hyundai Venue's Sport trim, a few styling updates have been given including red accent on the grille, wheel arch and roof rails, sport badges, red brake calipers and a new dark gray bumper garnish. With this, Hyundai has given a new dual tone Titan Gray, Phantom Black Roof.

Talking about its cabin, the new flat bottom steering wheel,

The IMT is a manual gearbox that has been modified in such a way that the clutch input from the driver is not required. The company says that this technology uses an intensity sensor with a gear lever, which informs the transmission control unit (TCU) when the driver is about to change gears.

The biggest advantage of this is that there is no need to manually operate the clutch, 

 reduces your anxiety in driving during traffic in the city. Hyundai has also said that it is going to increase comfort without compromising on mileage and performance.
