Latest update: MG Motor has unveiled Hector Plus at Auto Expo 2020.

MG Hector Plus Launch & Price: This 6 seater version of Hector SUV will be launched by July 2020. Its price is expected to be between 14 lakh to 19 lakh rupees.

MG Hector Plus Engine and Gearbox

The Hector Plus will get the same 1.5-liter turbo petrol (143 PS / 250 Nm) and 2.0-liter diesel (170 PS / 350 Nm) engines with a 5-seater Hector. The 6-speed manual gearbox will come standard with both gearboxes. At the same time, customers will also get the option of 6-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission with its petrol engine.

MG Hector Plus Features

 These include a 10.4-inch vertical infotainment system, e-SIM connected car technology, panoramic sunroo, cruise control, automatic climate control, rear AC vents, power adjustable front seats, 360 degree camera, 6 air bags. There will be two Captain seats in Second Row of Hector Plus and one bench seat in Third Row as compared to 5-seater Hector. Apart from this, separate AC vents and USB charging ports will also be available in its third row.

They will compete with: In the Indian market, Tata Hector Plus will compete with Tata Gravitas, 2020 Mahindra XUV500 and Ford's upcoming mid-size SUV.
